Skin changes over time, and everyone gets rumpled skin on his or her knees, elbows and in other areas of the body.
This appearance is due to changes to skin over time: the dermis and epidermis get thinner, the skin becomes dehydrated, becoming less elastic and, wrinkles appear.
POSSIBLE TREATMENTS

Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid tackles the skin’s rumpled appearance, hydrating and volumizing the dermis, making the skin thicker and more elastic. Following clinical examination by the doctor, the most suitable type of acid for the patient’s needs is chosen: whether lightly reticulated like Restylane Skin Booster, a mid-reticulated acid like Restylane or a strongly reticulated type like Restylane Perlane.
Radiofrequency
This technique gently stimulates the synthesis of the dermis. The skin becomes more elastic and firm. Although this treatment is indicated for the treatment of deep dermal layers and subcutaneous, the skin surface is improved.

Photorejuvenation Laser
The laser stimulates dermal synthesis. An erbium or Nd Yag laser (less effective than erbium) is used, in ablative mode or not.
Several sessions are carried out, the results are progressive. If the ablative modality is used, any skin pigmentations are improved.
Threads
The threads/ Mesolift stimulate, like the other techniques, the synthesis of the dermis. A large amount of mesofil is often used, between 50 and 100 per zone. The results are progressive, the skin is more dense and toned. The suites are marked by some bruises.
