The neck and lower-neck are fragile areas.
Over time, many changes affect these areas. In this page, I only treat wrinkles of the neck and lower-neck, by rejuvenating these areas.
At the level of the neck, with the time, one can see the appearance of horizontal wrinkles and sagging. Moreover, the neckline is afffected by vertical wrinkles starting between the breasts and fanning out between the clavicle bones.
PREVENTION
You can take action to prevent the formation of wrinkles on the neck and lower-neck by:
– Application of sunscreen.
– Ensuring daily hydration and moisturizing of the skin.
– Exfoliating the skin.
– Protecting the skin from external aggressors such as tobacco or the cold.
POSSIBLE TREATMENTS

Hyaluronic Acid
Lightly reticulated hyaluronic acid (restylane skin boosters) or moderately-reticulated type Restylane (hyaluronic acid) is used.
Hyaluronic acid Skin Booster is used to thicken the dermis and prevent thinning. In the first session we inject two acid syringes and one month later, the third. The protocol is to adapt to the patient's skin.
Hyaluronic acid moderately reticulated type Restylane is used to give a little more volume and support to the dermis.
Mesothreads
Several mesofils are inserted into the middle and deep dermis along the path of wrinkles. The induced dermal stimulation attenuates the depth and visibility of these wrinkles. The result is progressive under 3 months. A session is usually sufficient.

Laser ablative
Ablation allows surface renewal and deep dermal densification.
The advantage is to be able to combine the two techniques, continuous and fractional mode, to obtain the best result with a short social eviction and light suites.
Medium Peel
The average/ medium peel exfoliates the epidermis and part of the dermis. Superficial peels are not useful because the wrinkles always reach the dermis, the superficial peels only treat the epidermis (there is a dermal stimulation but there is no dermal ablation).
We must be careful and analyze the characteristics of this fragile skin (thickness, hydration, pilosebaceous appendages ...) if we want to avoid complications.
The post-act redness lasts about 2-3 weeks.
