Medical profiloplasty is the set of aesthetic actions that are performed to improve the profile, to make it more harmonious and adapt to the gender of the individual, a masculine profile for men and a feminine profile for women.
This technique requires an expert eye knowing the proportions of the face and the characteristics of each zone (width, height, projection, angles ...).
ANALYSis OF THE PROFILE

Forehead
The hollows are filled by injection of hyaluronic acid and a convex shape is given to the forehead of the woman and rectilinear to that of the man. The right projection and height of the eyebrows are established.

Nose
Corrects bumps, hollows and deviations; we create a convex dorsum in men, concave in the women.

Chin
The projection criteria described in the ‘Chin’ file are respected.
For a masculain chin a square shape is given, where as for a more feminine chin a strighter and more narrower chin is given in order to make it more elegent.

Lips
The lips are a very important element for the sensuality of the face.
Several criteria must be respected in order to achive such sensuality.

Cheekbones
A rounded shape is given to female cheeks, and a squared-off shape to male cheekbones.

Jawline definition
The jawline line should be well defined, the rounded mandibular angle in seen in women and square in men.
POSSIBLE TREATMENTS

Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Injections of hyaluronic acid can treat any abnormality of the profile at the forehead, cheekbones, improve the projection of the lips or chin, to define elements of structuring of the face (mandibular line, nose).
This medical technique only allows to add volume (for example one can project a chin) and not to reduce the projection. For the reduction of the volume it is necessary to have recourse to the surgery.
The result is immediate and bluffing and lasts about a year and a half, less for the lips.
There are very few side effects, swelling is very rare, you can have bruising for a few days.
